The Lok Sabha election has ended and now the result has come and we can see what the BJP party did not expect and now the question is why we see BJP setback in Lok Sabha election? Yes, we all know that you have the news that the BJP party has faced a strong fight from the opposition and the Indian alliance. But our question is why for the first time in the last 10 years the Narendra Modi government has faith in this kind of strong fight from the opposition alliance.

Even in all the exit polls from various well-known agencies and news channels, you could find that the BJP party will form the government with its own power without any alliance of NDA. But today all the senior party leaders and all the workers of the BJP party from various parts of India have been shocked. Bhartiya Janata Party has got only 240 seats from 543 seats while the party targeted a single majority in the Lok Sabha, if we add other NDA seats then it will go near 290. The Congress party has got 100 seats and if we add all the seeds of the India alliance then it will go near 240 seats.

Though it is quite expected to form a government for the NDA, the result is still quite unexpected for the BJP party. There are very few who thought of this kind of result and in this article, we will try to explain why this kind of result has been by the people of the great nation India.

Some people are saying is a democratic win of the nation to have a great and strong opposition is always good but this was not the plan of the BJP party they wanted to form a government with a single majority.

Here are some reasons for BJP setback in Lok Sabha election:

Some political analysts say that the BJP party and the Modi government are lacking in fulfilling the expectations of the poor section of the nation. They don’t want digital India, they don’t want GST, and they don’t want NRC or CAA. What they want is to have a good life at least with support from the government.

Election Result

Lack of Government Job creation:

Joblessness has been a great concern in the youth of India. If you search it on Google about the trend of vacancy in government jobs then you can understand the matter. You can understand how the vacancies have been decreased by the government in any government sector especially in the banking sector. I need other public sectors.

The vacancies have decreased and the main reason for the decrease of the vacancy is digitization of India when that is needed in the modern era of civilization but the government should have thought about how to balance both the use of digitalization and the increasing population. The government and one thing that a machine in the bank foreign any kind of ATM room does not have a family but a young man or  young woman has a family. So the decreasing vacancies in the government sector has been an issue this time.

A Nation Without Opposition:

The government’s Moto to make a nation without opposition has not been accepted by the people of India in a good way. We all know that in a democratic country to save the democracy to save the right of the democracy of the people of India there should be a good number of opposition and strong opposition with good thoughts and proper criticism is the ruling cock paint is going to do something wrong in their view.

But in the last phase of the second term of the Modi government we could see that many popular leaders like Arvind Kejriwal and Hemant Soren have been arrested and they are still in jail now. We are not saying that the steps against Arvind Kejriwal and Hemant Soren was a plan of BJP but there has always been a rumor that the ruling party BJP was using Ed and CBI to destroy the opposition leaders. So we think the people of India have not taken this kind of incident in a good way.

The Religious Issues:

Well we all know that India is a democratic country and here we celebrate every religious festival. The religion factor has always been a peak concern under the BJP government. The opposition has always talked about the thing that the government has always neglected minority section of the people. The opposition leaders like Mamta Banerjee has always discuss about the thing and she has always tried to point out that the government has always tried to differentiate the people of India according to religions.

And according to our view it is being more than 10 years of the Modi Government and now the people of India have realized that social democratic and infrastructure development is more and more important than religion. If religion is still now the X factor of the election policy of BJP then this time in the election of Lok sabha BJP could cross the 400 marks after making the Ram temple in Ayodhya. Even in Ayodhya BJP has lost in the election.

Though in some new states like Andhra Pradesh and Odisha BJP has on the street legislative assembly election, in a state like Uttar Pradesh BJP could expect more than 60 or at least 55 seats in Lok sabha election. But in Yogi Adityanath’s State, Akhilesh Yadav’s Samajwadi party has done a very good job and the I.N.D.I.A alliance has got nearly 40 seats. It was quite tough to digest the Bad result of BJP in a state like Uttar Pradesh.

In the final speech after the election result Narendra Modi has accepted the result and he has said that it is the win of democracy and he has also appreciated the good work of the election commission to conduct the largest festival of the largest democracy. Hopefully in Narendra Modi’s third term he will have a vision in a deferent way.
